Account access

Use the email associated with your account. If you requested a sign in email, check your spam folder as well as your inbox.

Using a guest account? While you still have access, open Profile, then Settings and choose Link an email before signing out or changing devices.

If you are stuck, send your profile name, the sign in method you tried and the error message. Leave passwords and sign in codes out.

Account deletion requests

In the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account and choose Request account deletion. You can return to Settings to check the request.

This starts a request. It does not immediately delete the account, and no completion timeframe is currently published. Shared places and other people’s contributions are handled separately.

If you cannot access your account or want to ask about an existing request, email from its associated address if possible and include your profile name.

Content & safety

Use the report option on the content or profile in the app where available. You can also email a link to the MassQot, memory, profile or place and explain what concerns you.

For a location concern, describe it from somewhere safe. Do not approach an unsafe place to gather evidence. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

AR support

Check camera and location access in your device settings and make sure you have an internet connection. Follow the app’s arrival and check-in instructions for the selected MassQot.

Try a well lit area with visible surface detail, keeping your surroundings in view. A MassQot may need time to resolve before its composition appears.

For help, include your device model, operating system, app version if available, the MassQot link and any error text. Share a screenshot only if it is safe and does not expose someone else’s private information.
